Disable Cache while Chrome Developer Tools is open

Instead of needing to clear your cache everytime you can enable this option.

In Chrome, open Developer Tools (Press F12 on Windows or Cmd + Opt + I on Mac, or simply go to Chrome Menu > More tools > Developer Tools and a panel will appear.

Find the Network section and check the Disable cache (while DevTools is open) checkbox.

And then refresh all relevant browser tabs  (leave the Developer tools opened).

In my case it helped when the Google Tag Manager Preview panel was not displaying. After this it displayed as expected.
